Public liability insurance holders are being invited to a free one-day seminar on Best Practice Asbestos Management, which is being arranged by AcePSE Group.
The conference will take place on Thursday March 11th, in Victoria, London, and will bring together technical experts from the group's consulting, training and software divisions to present and discuss relevant issues.
Experiences will be shared by delegates in a bid to help public liability insurance holders best manage asbestos.
Latest regulation advice and guidance will be given to guests, with a focus on the proposed changes to the current asbestos surveying method.
Training requirements under the asbestos regulations will be run through, while the latest e-learning and management protocols will also be shown off.
The seminar will also provide builders liability insurance holders with an opportunity to meet peers and exchange ideas.
According to the Health and Safety Executive, around 4,000 deaths a year are caused by exposure to asbestos, with the majority of these being people who work in building and joinery trades.
